Yesterday was everything i won't miss about the Premier League 08:44 - May 11 with 682 viewsDubtractor

Var utterly killing the event.
Ref determined to make the game about him
Barely any goalmouth action as two teams cancelled each other out
I think the ball was probably only in play for about 20 minutes in that second half
Us losing at home in an even game, again

Some of those things you can probably cope with if you're winning a few games, but when you're consistently not quite good enough (which is the harsh truth) it all starts to get a bit boring.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

Also, the lino on the Cobbold side of the pitch had a problem with his eyes, he was constantly spraying his eyes with something and did not make one decision on his own, it looked like his eyes were watering badly as well, hay fever maybe? But that was nothing compared with a referee who did not know the rules of the game. Twice he waved for the corner to be taken, the ball was kicked and then stopped play while the ball was definitely in play, it should have been restarted with a drop ball. Sadly after a season of very poor officials, wildly inconsistent and often looking out of their depth with player pressure pushing for decisions.

I am not surprised at all, still niggled by it though. The PGMOL urgently needs to look at this as mistakes are frequently being made and doubled down by the two VAR referee's who have the luxury of slow motion replay's but they seem incapable of spotting or correcting the errors. If these are the "best" referee's I dread to think what awaits us next season!

....ALL players themselves need to stand up and review their own behaviour in the game now. It is full of cheating. The saddest thing is this cheating is COACHED!

100% this. People moan about VAR, but it got involved yesterday because of players from both sides wrestling at corners.
