Manning was one to keep and eye out I thought after that season with MK Dons. He's then had a bad patch and done a good job with Bristol city however whenever I have seen Bristol City they have been unbelievably underwhelming and really did scrape into the playoffs. Some really dull games where they came out just on top etc. I really don't see him as someone who can do exceptional things at Norwich and it might be a bit same story for them. He won't do a bad job. He is quite pragmatic and sensible in his approach but I think of it starts average the yocals will get restless quick.

We've long since overtaken Manning as a viable option for us. That's just my opinion.

I like Manning and wish him well but I can't really argue with any of that.
