Anglian water put my rates up from about 750 a year to about 930. Im not sure how they get away with a 20% plus rise. Who authorises that?

I can only suggest that the rise was perhaps sanctioned by Jeffrey Holland, of Hi-De-Hi fame.

I have actually met Jeffrey Holland and his wife. What a lovely couple they are and he's interesting listening to his talks. Not so Sue Holderness who played Marlene in Only Fools. Unbelievable that she's as boring as hell.
For those of you who remember her Jenny Hanley from Blue Peter fame is another who I would pass on going to see. All she does is name drop.
Claire Sweeney has a lovely ar*e, bumped into her in a lift onboard a ship a few years ago and that was the first part of her I saw. Doesn't mean that it's a pastime of mine though.
