I’m all for young people having an input into the decision making process in organisations. We used to get some great ideas from new staff members sometimes. But to actually head up a department when they’ve got zero leadership experience? Utterly crackers. Especially when combined they look like Gareth Keenan from The Office. And that’s before the obvious dubious personal views. Throw in the denial that depression is an illness (plus the usual Reform bigotry and weirdness) and yes, this could end in tears very quickly.
Although my experiences of Leicestershire Council Social Services suggested they were exploiting and profiteering out of vulnerable elderly people and very much needed new leadership (they persuaded my gran to sign over power of attorney and then started raiding her bank account). Maybe these guys will sort them out! | |
