Thank you. I hadn't heard this for years. Wasn't he from Rochdale or there abouts?

Poll: If KM goes now, will you applaud him when he returns with his new club?

Beastie Boys homage - so deliciously old skool.

John Entwistle was quite a prolific songwriter but was naturally overshadowed by Pete Towshend's brilliance. All his tracks found themselves released as B sides and Quadrophenia aside, he generally had at least one track on an album.
John was the first member of the band to release a solo album.
His second album - Whistle Rhymes featured this fantastic track.
Peter Frampton plays lead guitar and the track features a great lead bass passage over the ending brass riff.

Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

Keith Moon's turn for b side money.
The fact the band and an engineer took the time to actually record this still baffles me!
The 70s eh?!?

Is there anything more heavenly than Bach's music, whether or not you believe in God?

A severely underrated band. The first song mirrors in parts the later song Another Girl, Another Planet by the Only Ones. And Stiff Little Fingers got their name from one of their songs.
