Everyone is completely entitled to their own view on this situation but come on people cut the kid some slack. Nobody knows the reason why he hasn't travelled, and even if it is to do with the rumoured Brentford (or an other club) interest then as a person he still has the right to take a breather and work it out.
Just because he gets paid money that most only dream of, and just because we pay a large sum of money to watch him each week really doesn't give us the right to abuse him. Its funny how fickle fans can be. Lets be honest nobody knows what's going on in his life at the moment, it's all speculation.
Remember he is still a young man. He will figure it out but for fans to suddenly turn on him is a shame. |  |

Think you getting assaulted and Hutchinson earning thousands of pounds a week and only 12 months ago signing a contract of which he fully understood the terms are slightly different. I have little sympathy for I'm afraid ,But believe the club should get as much as they can for him and invest elsewhere if they can get anyone to actually sign . |
I really don't think the financial aspect comes into it hugely. He is already wealthy for a 21 year old with many more earning years to come (or a hefty insurance pay out if he is forced to retire).
It is much more about personal ambitions, maybe the ability to move back to London attracts too. He just wants his immediate future sorted one way or another. |  | | |

Sorry, but I think you are wrong. We can all have a very, very good guess at why he didn't travel. A few seasons back, we took a punt on him. Last season we paid a very, very high price for him as he was untested at that level. We gave him the tools and game time to advance. He should show us some respect back. I am fed up with players demands and the ease at which clubs seem to buckle.

Surely if you are fed up with the ease at which clubs buckle then we say, "No, you are not for sale at any price right now. See your contract out and you know you can leave on a free at the end of it or when we do get an offer we will accept, that's it. Now play your best and show what other clubs can get when your time comes and if you aren't going to play for us now, we aren't going to pay you."
I don't think such a hard line is likely to be the best approach, myself.
If it is the second, what do you consider to be a proper professional? Al Hamadi, Taylor, and Woolfenden have all shown professional approaches to their Town careers but they get plenty of people knocking them on here at least. |  |

We are not in a position to dump him on the bench and forget about him. We don't have the funds of a Man Utd or Chelsea.
The fact that players can just say that they are not training anymore in order to force a move is totally disrespectful to those that pay their wages.
If you refuse to do your job of work, I expect the company will sack you.

Isaac at Newcastle is acting in a way in which they have no choice but to sell. Newcastle took a hell of a punt on him at £60M and yet he behaves like that. Disrespectful at minimum.
Players hold far to much power these days and they need to show their clubs and fans a bit more respect.
I haven't read all the comments about Hutchinson and there is no need for abuse, but I am angry that a player can hold our club to ransom like that.
