Based on his ability he would be great at Championship level but I suppose any club considering signing him would have to think long and hard regards his character. U21's did ok with him in the squad.

He had a good first half of the season for Norwich and then disappeared. Was injured tbf but did little for them once fit.

Yes probably. Just mean he is an OK player who will be able to have a pretty good career without doing anything spectacular.

He'll pop up every now again and you'll think 'when did he move there?' Perhaps someone like Alex Iwobi might be a better example
