Palace and Liverpool agree fee for Guehi: £35m 15:23 - Sep 1 with 450 viewspointofblue

That's a ridiculous fee for a player of his calibre. A real bargain.

I can't see who will compete with Liverpool this season. Their squad is miles ahead of anyone else's.

Poll: Who would you play at right centre back on Saturday?

PSR rules are a god send for the likes of Liverpool and Utd. It really holds the others down.

I'm not keen on LFC and their fans, so I hope someone competes.

Guehi out of contract at the end of the season, so Palace are stuck.

Palace should sign that Luke Maldini from Ipswich to replace him!

Even Sky are pointing out the issues with PSR.

He last signed a contract with Palace in 2021, the contract has been allowed run down for whatever reason . . . he has 12 months left so it was today or leave for free next year (sign contract with new club in Jan, leave in July 2026).

Liverpool can spend big this summer, in the comfort that no one is allowed to try to compete.

Villa and Newcastle wanted to improve themselves, and have the backing to do it, but aren't allowed.
