PSR rules are a god send for the likes of Liverpool and Utd. It really holds the others down.

He last signed a contract with Palace in 2021, the contract has been allowed run down for whatever reason . . . he has 12 months left so it was today or leave for free next year (sign contract with new club in Jan, leave in July 2026). |  | | |
