You’ve all taken this far too literally. I was expecting completely inappropriate-for-a-funeral football songs to imagine! “Always look on the bright side” isn’t just too literal - it’s also the tune them lot up the road use to sing about us!

Surprised, or maybe I'm not, that this song has not been suggested yet (and apologies to anyone who thinks that only the Sandy Denny original qualifies, I do hear you but give this a listen.)

They finished their set at FolkEast with this last month, one of the highlights of the year for me and I think I need to retract my previous suggestion (unique talent that Lucinda Williams is nonetheless) in favour of this...and let my friends and relations know.
