If anyone wants a ticket for Lower North tomorrow night 11:23 - Sep 11 with 652 viewsThe_Flashing_Smile

I can't make it and have listed it for resale on the club website...

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

Looks like there are approx 100 tickets in the North (lower and upper) and availability in every section from the resale platform.

I do wonder if the club may rethink the resale platform, especially if there are a few tickets that were still on sale prior to the resale opening. The club obviously makes more money from the non resale platform.

A fine balance, I guess and works well when the ground sells out, but less so if tickets are still available, even if restricted view.

The club makes more money from the non resale platform?
My seat is already bought and paid for, whether they resell it or not. If they do sell it they sell it for much more than I paid for it. So they're not really missing out.
Anyway, these are tiny amounts we're talking about in terms of a football club with parachute payments.

Mine's still available, and if as you say there are 100 tickets left in every section then that's possibly because it's a Friday night when more people who live further afield will struggle to make it (and it's on telly).

Not sure you are getting the point?

Your seat as you rightly say has already been sold - so they will only make a small additional amount if this is resold, as they already have your money, whether it is sold or not.

If a non resale seat is sold, they make the full value of that seat.

E.g. if your seat sells for £40, they will give you approx £30, and make a tenner additional revenue. If they sell a non resale platform ticket, they get the full £40 extra.

The resale platform, only works for the club, if the demand outweighs the supply, and they have sold the remaining non season ticket holder seats first.

To add, this was similar for the Derby game, so potentially a bit of a trend appearing or could be related to holiday season?

Lower North now has approx 20 seats left, so the club may have sold your seat now.
