Tarring an entire race with the same brush (and not in a good way) seems to me to fall within the traditional definition of antisemitism, notwithstanding the caveat.

What makes this even worse is that it happened in Germany.
Signs excluding Jews, such as the sign shown in the link below, were posted in public places (including parks, theatres, movie houses, and restaurants) throughout Nazi Germany. This sign states in German: "Jews are not wanted here."
