EFL statement has me a bit concerned on 00:06 - Sep 21 by TheBoyBlue | Considering the third game of our next three fixtures, 9 points would be even better! |
Oh do we have a night game before Norwich? I must have forgot, 7 points minimum then, two home wins. Let’s face it people would have made up their minds about the direction of our season by full time on derby day. Points required and fast.

We'd be hopping mad, but in reverse?

Not happy, but if Portman Road became unplayable I would not expect us to be gifted a win after 80 minutes at 1-0 up. Not so late in the match, but Gwalia Women v Ipswich Women was abandoned at half time last season with us 2-0 up and that had to be replayed from 0-0. They also abandoned one before kick off. Travelling fans must have wondered why they did not postpone well in advance knowing the pitch and the weather forecast, as that would have saved them two wasted trips to Wales.

Away to Bristol City (3rd) on the Tuesday. Norwich are home to West Brom (7th) on the Wednesday.

I doubt we’d welcome that the game is replayed, especially as there was only 10mins to play.

Leyton Orient were beating Lincoln City 1-0 in a League One game in October 2023, the game was halted as an Orient fan was taken ill in the 82 minute and sadly passed away. The game was fully replayed, which Lincoln City won.

EFL statement has me a bit concerned on 19:31 - Sep 20 by surreyblue | I wonder if we will informally agree to let them score at the start of the game as a way to make it "fair" |
Yeah and we can all agree to sit down on the pitch for 75 minutes too?
