Have to say I’m struggling with a load of stuff at the moment (pressure at work, self imposed, constant need to be perfect across home and work)) and I’m very conscious to talk about it as I squarely fit into the bracket of the bloke on there using football as means of escape!

Similar here. Perhaps different reasons but in a similar state. Therapy has been a huge help for me (also some meds) - I get one hour a week, just for me, to talk about me, no judgements. Sometimes it's heavy and tough, sometimes it's lighthearted and easy going. Both types incredibly useful.
I think as a society we are doing better reducing the stigma of getting help, medicinal and therapeutic. A ways to go but doing better. No harm in seeking professional help
