Mick knew how to spot a player (see also Tyrone Mings and Kieffer More), even if we didn't always realise it at the time.

Drinan was never quite the right fit for us (we needed the finished product to help get us out of League One), but he's clearly worked hard and found a decent club and manager who believes in him. Good to see, pleased for him.

Think they are very similar profiles. Drinan seems to have really bulked up. Not sure if he has Murphy's deceptive pace and has been more of a link up man then a scorer (again a bit like Murphy although Murphy spent a fair bit of time out wide as well earlier in his career).

Not sure Drinan will go up the divisions but nice if he could go up to L1 again with Swindon.
