It will always be difficult to play with confidence coming in to a struggling Prem team in the January transfer window. He wasn't really given a lot of slack by some sections of the fanbase last season, who seemed to associate his attitude with his agent's weird shenanigans, and were quick to pounce on any negatives.

Exactly, even if the defender doesn’t go with the runner they at least think about it for a split second and that all JP needs!
