People said the possession and build up play was good, but I think thats because teams are happy to concede possession in the areas we had it, and just protect the box.

Realistically not many players in the league, especially defenders, are good enough to play that diagonal, unless there is an unusual amount of space.
We need to get the ball into Azor and the no.10 and start looking for MacAteer in behind. Basically start playing forward and making more forward runs, a la Burns. Less possession for the sake of possession. |  |
