My only slight niggle is that so far this season we have had one decent 45 against Blunts and one 45 against Pompey. I get we're finding our feet and new players getting to grips, but it's still a slight concern.
Luckily, given the way most of the other clubs have started and given the amount of draws that have taken place, it's given us time to bed players in, but we don't want to be playing catch up in a few months time.
FWIW Last night was a pretty poor performance, but we still got a result away at a solid team, in a 3 game week.
On a positive, Matsuiwa continues to impress, thought Jack Clarke looked lively and confident, and Nunez looked silky, albeit a little rusty, but he will be a key player.
Lots to improve on, but we have the personnel and manager to grab this league by the scruff of the neck. |  |

I know, that's what I'm saying, we're lucky this division has been a draw fest so far, once we click and fire on all cylinders, we have the personnel to blitz it, just teething problems currently. | |

I was thinking this on the dog walk this morning. We've not played particularly well so far this season but have only lost once! Only Birmingham have looked half decent against us and that was possibly more to do with our squad not being settled
If we have a few more consistent spells like the 2nd half v Sheff utd and the 1st half v Pompey then we'll be absolutely fine |  | | |
