When we score this season and it seems Sammie Szmodics is on the field of play he whallops the ball or a ball into the crowd

Tactical or "of the moment" . Tactical in the sense that the ball is off the field of play and could get thrown back on and cleared from the pitch etc slowing the re-start down maybe ?
Weirdly dramatic language from the “the facts” section, line viii: “mercifully, no punching or even more serious motion….” What were they expecting, players to pull out nunchucks and knives?
