It's actually a really good work-out, very competitive, not a gentle stroll around. Think Olympic-style race walking. I covered 2.8 miles/7,396 steps in our 1 hour session.
Found it mentally hard to be playing in red against a blue team as well, I think half the time I was expecting them to pass to me!
We lost 6-8, sadly not a portent of things to come. | |
