Perhaps there is a message from McKenna to players who do not perform to the standards he expects here, and we can see who didn't fully turn up at 'Boro in his opinion. And perhaps Leif is fortunate that Townsend has the long term injury otherwise it would be eight changes. Maybe it needed to be done but if the replacements play a blinder then McKenna has a selection problem on Saturday in some cases. Let's hope so. |  |

He's scored the most goals and they happen to have all been bangers, but he's been bang average in some games. He's very much all or nothing, and there's an argument that Clarke strikes a much better balance of consistent creativity.
If Philogene is that good he can come on and score a couple in the last 20. |  |
