The second and third goals you would honestly expect from an U10 team ...
Second goal, Akpom fails to track the run of the CB, Cajuste doesn't get out to him to stop the cross, Greaves is for some reason behind O'Shea, O'Shea lets the man run across him, three men inc Greaves are just ball watching leaving a man with a completely free header.
Third goal, 3:41 - Leif is the only Ipswich player outside of the box and the ball is at the corner flag on the right hand side. There are 4 passing options all unmarked and in acres of space. Our RB Ashley Young is remarkably marking nobody in the area, Cajuste goes out tamely and does not get close enough to the man, there are then 8 Ipswich Town players defending the situation and the cross isn't stopped and the striker gets a free header.
At the time I didn't quite appreciate how bad these were. KM and the staff must be completely ashamed watching that back.

Defensive positioning for every goal was shameful, but specifically 2 & 3 on 19:46 - Oct 22 with 610 views
They are all awful. Second is Akpom just not bothering to track a dangerous run inside his full back in the expectation that Cajuste will come out and cover it. I would drop Akpom for that piece of laziness alone.
Third, simply no challenge anywhere near the ball. Standing off it.
