It's crackers. Although no coincidence that the area contains one of the poorest parts of Western Europe and has below average school attendance and adult educational attainment. Exactly the sort of place Reform likes to prey on (see also Clacton).
It's thoroughly depressing, but seems to be unstoppable. People don't care about the racism, incompetence and lies shown already by their other councils. They just want 'change' (ignoring the fact that voting for the change proposed by Farage in 2016 has made them worse off and obviously not any happier).

I'm glad to see my fear that Reform would win proved wrong but given how poorly Labour and the Tories performed, I can only presume that Reform will do very well in next year's Senned elections, even if they don't end up as the largest party. |  |
