Surprised not to see Dickens Road on there

The LSOA Dickens is in will likely be cushioned by being surrounded by Lavenham Road and the nicer properties up towards the Hadleigh Road Chantry park entrance.

That's the thing with these stats, you could live in the worst ghetto imaginable but if you are yards away from a couple of roads full of houses worth nearly a million pounds, that will dilute the imd rating.

But I am pleased to see not so grim in Liverpool where I have just come back from and which always gets far more criticism than it deserves.

Liverpool still has it's problems. 37% on the list.
