You are right.
I can’t believe so many don’t rate him and want him out of the door. One poster said that as a centre forward who scored 1 goal in 4 games wasn’t good enough. Well 24 in 57 appearances says his better than that. This season POA says 5 in 10 games.
And he offers so much more than goals for the team. Even if he was a 1 in 4 striker, Darryl Murphy’s record of goals to games was far worse but nobody could say he didn’t give great service to this club. The only concern I’ve ever had with GH was physical fragility.
Hirst is good player who deserves support from the crowd and silence from the keyboard boneheads.
The crowd sounded good at QPR, but the away boys and girls usually are. Not been to Loftus Rd for years but have been many times. I hope they don’t mess with it too much. It’s a proper ground and a good day out. |
Churchman, yes there's been talk about his self proclaimed poor performances, but I can't remember seeing anyone saying within a thread they want him out the door.
