Snow White 19:06 - Nov 3 with 1124 views

I've just read the tale of Snow White as related by the Brothers Grimm and there are one or two things that I had not picked up on before.

Snow White was 7 (seven)

The step mother was a cannibal, well almost, she thought she was eating human eating human tongue and heart even it was actually wild boar.

The stepmother was killed by being made to wear shoes made of red hot iron and this was at the prince's noncy wedding to Snow.

As I recall, Disney skirted tound those issues a little bit.

Different author but I think they somewhat sugarcoated the original Little Mermaid story too.
