| Kipre.... 23:16 - Nov 4 with 899 views | homer_123 | He could barely find a pass for the first 15 mins, in fact, he was so poor with his passing that the lads were avoiding giving him the ball! Then he picks THAT pass. Then he does THAT shot! An enigma but, I have to say, he's quickly turning into a bit of a cult hero. (I also thought he was generally excellent tonight, read the game well, used his strength superbly). | |

| Kipre.... on 10:00 - Nov 5 with 526 views | WeWereZombies | He was a worry in the last quarter of an hour for me though, looked to be visibly slowing and that played into Watford's hands with their late on concentration on long balls out to the wings. He had to cut across to the middle so that he could find a defensive position rather than try and catch up with their winger and go for a direct challenge. When Greaves came on I think the improvement was immediate (even though he was not replacing Kipré) and I know McKenna (or Phil) know better me when it was reported that Johnson was exhausted (and a very good shift it was from him last night) but I think there was some plugging a gap going on as well. Johnson look completely knackered. Just shows that training does not replicate game time for some when it comes to match fitness requirements. | | | |

| Kipre.... on 10:32 - Nov 5 with 421 views | Bluemike31 | He's the best defender we have by a distance, if we were measuring all our players on misplaced passes he would be nowhere near the bottom for sure. His defending is generally very good and solid, reads the game well, finds space, drops off to give players options and gets us going again. I think he has also added something to our attack, a superb pass for the goal last night, was unlucky with the header off the post which probably should have scored, the goal against Norwich which was so crucial. for me he offers way more than Greaves & O'Shea at both ends of the pitch. | | | |
| Kipre.... on 10:33 - Nov 5 with 414 views | itfcsuth | He certainly puts in roller coaster performances - mix of good, bad and ugly. Not really what you want from you CB though, miss the steady performances of a Burgess massively. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

I'd rather have a player that actually wants to be here though.

Cam wanted to be here, but he was replaced by Greaves, which has looked like a backwards step for the club. He ultimately wanted a 3 year deal, which we wouldn't offer, Swansea did. No surprise he has gone on to do so well for Swansea.

How well has he actually done for Swansea ? I haven't really seen much on what he's been up to tbh, regular starter I take it. Clearly KM wasn't as impressed with him as some of the fans are, Morsy was another, he would still be here had we offered a 2 year deal, I guess we can go on and on about departed players.
