Sorry, but I can’t understand what any right-thinking person would ruin a lovely piece of Stilton (the King of Cheeses) with Sandwich Spread. Awful stuff, redolent and reminiscent of Friday night puke or babies’ nappies.

For example, who would have thought poached salmon on a ring of tinned pineapple would work? But it really does, believe me.
