Anyone else spot Harry Clarke in the warm up?

That may be true but something is lacking down the right side from an attacking point of view, and Clarke seems our best going forward (as well as presumably good enough to defend at Championship level). [Post edited 29 Nov 13:30]

That's where the problem lies good going forward has plenty of guts unlike several others, but not a good defender,

The problem it seems to me is that we aren't necessarily cutting teams apart in most games, so the chances we create are not necessarily clear cut, even though they cumulatively might add up to an xG greater than the opposition.
Maybe it doesn't help that we don't appear at present to have that many players with an eye for goal. [Post edited 29 Nov 16:34]
