Another thing we're not doing this season is running teams into the ground.
Two seasons ago, we were relentless, once the ref blew the final whistle in many games some of the opposition players would just lay on the pitch, exhausted, probably thinking, "wtf just happened?"
Not happening so much this season - could be that every other team has upped their fitness levels, or we just don't push as much as we should. Or a combination of the two, who knows.
I know we shouldn't still be harking back to how it was last time in the Championship, so much has changed, KM needs to change his approach a bit too. |

Oxford's fitness levels good, there might be an element of two away games on the trot, playing part of that too
