Km doesn't just become a bad manager

But for me the issues we have are simply that we are trying to make to many of our players work as a unit and its simply just a squad full of individuals who can't play the game to their strengths.

Davis. His assetts. Ruined.
Akpom. Our usage doesn't work for him
Sammy s. Same as above
Nunez. Not a 10. Not mobile enough for pivot. So where do you play him
Mcateer. Only suits balls over top or putting him through. We dont it enough for him to be useful imo
Philogene. Clarke. Two flairy players. Both frustrating as hell. Do either suit our players? Both imo a tight touchline wingers high up the pitch given freedom to flair. But suit a proper inverted fullback partner which is not davis
Striker. Not even sure what we need with this new style tbh

Cajuste.. same maybe as nunez. Not a 10. Not a pivot. Sits in that middle ground.

Just feel we have so many positional issues rather than individual. The guys are talented talented players. Most of them walk into other sides lineups.

Into December its a farce this lot go into matches looking like strangers. But is just simply because we are forcing them to be something they're not.

a niche perspective

The best replacement for McKenna is still McKenna. And it isn’t close.

My biggest concern is that stylistically we look like a totally different team to the one of 2 years ago. We’ve gone from a fast paced attacking team who create chance after chance after chance and you always felt like were 2 minutes away from scoring to a side who pass it around aimlessly for minutes at a time unsure of how to actually create any clear cut opportunities and who don’t look like scoring at any stage. You’d never guess McKenna managed both sides.

Poll: Would you take a draw tonight if offered right now?

How does any player get a run of form going when he plays every other game? Only 5 changes tonight, but I bet Cajuste would've come in for Taylor if fit enough to start. Maybe in a few months time anyone will be able to play with anyone, perhaps that's the aim.

Alternatively just stick with your best 11 KM

Walton
Furlong O'Shea Kipre Davis
Matusiwa Taylor
Egeli Nuñez Philogene (sorry, Jack)
HIrst (I guess)
