Any ideas on what we would be allowed to spend in terms of FFP? My quick maths suggest we made a slight profit selling Omari, Delap and Broady compared to purchases of Egeli, Azor, McAteer, Nacho and Furlong.
Hopefully we’ve enough for 1 or 2 hefty transfers to bring some needed quality in. No idea who though!

Money is the least of the issues, from past performance the last few transfer windows I don’t even think the recruitment team has identified or sent out feelers to suitable targets yet. Then wait until the last week of the window and sign either a youth player from the lower leagues or a has-been in desperation

I think tough decisions need to made.

Are Furlong, Azon, McAteer, Cajuste (surprisingly) and a pairing of Taylor and Matusiwa really good enough for a team with top 2 ambitions? I'd argue no.

We have no outstanding striker.

Defence looks decent, Furlong aside who looks incredibly limited.

Utter nonsense. A lot of our transfers have been questionable but a high percentage of them take weeks & months of prep and talks before completing.

The club will already know what roles and which players they’ll be targeting. Whether they come off and whether they succeed on the pitch is another issue.

Who realistically can we offload e.g. 35k a week Johnson that rarely plays, who would buy him?

Also the recruitment team have been utterly useless over last year and a half.

I'd say stick at this point and re-build at end of season.

Even Haaland would struggle to get us into top two.

Poll: How many team changes tonight?
