The two people doing checks at the front of my queue were very friendly, especially to anyone with a young lad with them, which was nice. But bloody hell they were slow and almost seemed oblivious to the fact they had hundreds of people in a queue waiting to get in.
Eventually an older staff member (who was also friendly) came along and opened a new queue to speed things up and did checks manually without the scanners. |  |

Well if the standard is as it was for Cobbold A (two queues, two people scanning, one wand between them) I wouldn't expect major improvements anytime soon. |  |

I was going to make the same point, The Security guard on my queue was very chatty…he seemed oblivious to the massive queue.
I arrived at 2.30 as per usual. It took 15 minutes to get into the ground. It usually takes a couple of minutes max | |

It was particularly bad on Saturday getting through the SBR upper turnstiles. There was one security guard for three queues at one point and no real sense of urgency. |  | | |
