Sending tickets back 14:37 - Dec 30 with 569 viewsVaughan8

I think I know the answer from seeing other threads but I've tried the search and can't find them.

Can you ring the ticket office on the day and return tickets? I've come down with this bad cold/flu and I'm not sure if I'm going to make it for the Oxford game.

Thanks in advance

Log in to your account.
Go to matches.
Select the match and select the resale option.
It's as simple as that.
I can't go and listed mine last night.
I was notified it had gone this morning.
You get 1/23 of the price of your ST back less an admin fee.

Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

Literally just checked myself. Advice from ChatGPT (which worked!)

How to Resell Your Ticket
Log in to your account on the official ITFC ticketing website with your Supporter ID.
Navigate to your "Personal Details" tab.
Click the "SELL TICKETS" button under the "Ticket Resale" heading.
Select the specific seat(s) and match you wish to put up for resale and click "CONTINUE".
Enter or confirm your bank account details for the refund and click "OK".
Confirm the details to list your seat on the platform.
Key Information
Refund Amount: If your ticket successfully sells, you will receive a refund equal to 1/23rd (or 1/19th depending on the season's number of home league games) of the total cost of your season ticket for that single match, minus a £1 administration fee.
Payment: The refund will be paid directly into your nominated bank account within 10 working days after the date of the fixture.
Cancellation: You can remove your ticket from the resale platform at any time, provided it has not already been sold. Once sold, the sale cannot be cancelled, and you would need to purchase a new ticket to attend the game.
Availability: The club releases the tickets for general sale at its own discretion, so there is no guarantee your ticket will be sold.
For any further questions, you can contact the ITFC Ticket Office on 03330 050 503 or via email at mainticketoffice@itfc.co.uk.

That and whose blue answer is for season tickets though.

For a refund on match tickets you have to either return them to the shop or ring the ticket office up and they can refund and cancel the ticket.
