Sometimes life is sh1t 11:24 - Jan 2 with 659 views

Just heard my cycling buddy George (who coached me to a Lands End John O Groats ride 5 years ago) passed away today.

He had been diagnosed with dementia and was struggling with the limitations that meant in terms of what he could do. Been in hospital a few days and died this morning.

RIP mate. A good man who literally never had a bad word for anyone.

He's not family but gutted tbh. A thoroughly decent bloke. His daughters will be devastated but am told one was at his side so at least he wasn't alone at the end.
