We are going to need to at least keep this up and slightly improve our away form where I believe it’s 4/4/4 in terms of results. That should be enough. We can probably afford another Charlton type result at home but not 2 or 3. Most tough away games have already been played outside of Watford in terms of league standings. Also when we play our promotion rivals at home later in the year, there is a good chance they’ll need to be a bit more expansive if they are paying catch up. Essentially beating everyone you should at home with the volatility of the league might do the trick now we have tightened up a bit away. If we get a the window right there isn’t really a reason why we shouldn’t be able to get to towards 90 points.

We're in a strong position, and I'm much more positive after yesterdays performance, when you could really see Mckenna patterns of play emerging. Its taken longer than I thought, but really feel that we've turned a corner over christmas.
