With Baggott, H Clarke and Humphrey’s all looking likely to exit either on loan or permanently, that leaves 3 spaces left in the squad.
I reckon we will sign:
-Another midfielder (heard we were in for some dutch player in Holland but not sure how reliable it is)
-Chaplin recall / 10 / Striker - think we will recall Chaplin or sign either a ‘10’ or a striker (unless Szmodics leaves as well which then I think will lead to Chaplin coming back and signing a new striker)
-Another CB - need 4 cbs for second half of the season |  | | |  |

Should Humphreys and Baggott both go out on loan, I am wondering if the homegrown player registered for the second half of the season will end up being Finley Barbrook, My understanding is that Barbrook is no longer on loan at Lincoln and had already played for Ipswich at the start of the season, so wouldn’t be able to play for a third club this season. He is clearly rated by MCK and the club generally. Apologies if I may have misunderstood any of the situation as it stands. [Post edited 7 Jan 7:11]

Barbrook can play for another club as he's only played for Lincoln in the Vertu Trophy (whatever that is). He's not going to get a look in here - he's been unlucky that Lincoln have been doing so well - so he needs a loan at a lower club.
Humphreys & Baggott also need to move, either a loan or permanently. |  |

Only Baggot and Humphrys count, so one of them needs to stay, unless Barbrook counts now he is back from Lincoln |
Ah, this isn't 'home grown' rule it's Club developed players rule which I didn't know about so thank you. You are quite right but EADT fortunately have just done an article an explained they can all go out because we are except by a sub-rule about having sold one or more youth to a team still playing in prem or championship.
