Yes Humphreys was no longer a "young player" this season. I'm sure we will bring in a few this window; quality more important than rushing people in IMO.

You would hope that those two going out indicates that deals are progressing satisfactorily. Still won’t be that surprised if we don’t sign an out and out striker, getting one that’s significantly better than what we’ve got will be extremely difficult I think

Getting one that's better than Akpom should not be so difficult.

If we aren’t looking at an out and out striker and we are relying on Azon, Akpom and Hirst we are banking on Clarke and Philogene to keep chipping in. If that’s the case I’d see us finishing in the playoffs and not Top Two. A Stewart or Murphy type signing will I feel take us above Boro and Coventry.
