I mean. I thought that was pretty comfortable... 14:46 - Jan 17 with 728 viewsbluewein

And we never needed to really get out of second gear.

Mick Mills and Radio Suffolk acting like we were lucky to get away with not losing 3 or 4 nil though cause we lost the ball a couple times playing out from the back...

He's old school, but he's also not wrong in a way, we did get away with a fair few passes first half.. Km clearly felt this as he changed it 2nd half.

btw i dont mean losing by 3 or 4, just meant conceding by one.

Mick was right and we would not have won so comfortably if Blackburn weren't so bad. They had more possession than us and had zero shots on goal.

I know there was a couple moments in the first half but. Jeez. It wasn't even the heart in mouth stuff when we were trying to play out in the prem last year. As you say, KM spotted it pretty quickly and sorted it out nicely...

But was there ever a moment where we were desperately in trouble because of it? I genuinely cant think of a point where we "got away with one".

Also, how is winning comfortably a bad thing...?

That’s such a weird argument and you hear it a lot in sports. “Well if we were playing a better team we would have lost.” Yeah but we weren’t playing a better team, and won. It is what is is .

Which wins matches? Possession or goals? How do you score goals?

There were 2 things we got lucky with. One was the penalty against Furlong. The other was his raised arm against Cantwell.

Their keeper had a good game, we scored 3 and missed a good number of other chances. They didn't have a single shot on target all match.

Its not an argument, just an observation. It was very comfortable but a better side would have made more of their chances against us. You need to take this into consideration in the game and as someone else said, Kieran did take action.

Equally we reduced them to zero shots on goal?
