I had noticed that on the ITFC website when checking the kick-off time to book a rail ticket but I didn't know why.

Wouldn't it embed the benefit of the point if they said all games in Feb. Doing it for one or two games seems a bit meh, such a worthy cause it is worth catching supporters three or four times for hardly any negative impact. Once passes and most move on to the game rather than remember why there was a one minute late ko.
