Also rumours of a plea deal with Maduro if he admits Venezuela helped Biden win the election. Trump has always pushed a Venezuela conspiracy theory of them hacking voting machines.
When he (of course) finds his evidence, he will use it to change voting laws and potentially shut down the mid-terms as we know them now.
All rather sinister.

It's a deliberate strategy.
I'd go as far to say that the focus on ICE in Minneapolis is a nice distraction from this activity. He stoked that back up yesterday after a few days of it all appearing to calm down, calling the VA nurse who was executed a terrorist (again), just as these reports were emerging from Georgia.
If the mid-terms go badly for the Republicans, they could lose both houses and his administration is then toast. He and they know that so why not just lean on that voting 'lever' a little bit... | | | |
