I actually think that so far this season his stock is diminishing and any premier side will be wary of that. Could change come May mind you but I'm not convinced we will be top 2 and let's be honest we should be. We really do need another good run starting from now. [Post edited 31 Jan 17:56]

LOL that's a complete deflection from your original point (why am I not surprised). You argued that Carrick & Rosenior got the jobs due to connections at the clubs, implying McKenna doesn't have similar connections to get such a job. That is blatantly inaccurate (again, why am I not surprised).

McKenna not been at Spurs for 10 years so not sure taking the U18's I think it was to a cup final means he will get that job. As for Man Utd although there stock has fallen they are still a huge club, they will likely end up with Tuchel after the World Cup. Carrick was also a coach but more importantly a huge player for them and it is unlikely he will get the job despite two great results so far. So I stand by my argument that I don't think he's done enough at his previous clubs to warrant that job...yet.

Back to my original point about KM's profile, and you mentioning Tuchel below, what evidence have you got to suggest United or any other big club for that matter currently has any appetite to work with these super star coaches anymore? I would be extremely surprised if United went anywhere near a such a strong willed character as Tuchel. [Post edited 1 Feb 14:04]
