You’d have to be pretty hard-faced or a Blades fan not to feel sorry for them.
They will obviously recover but as we and they found before League 1 is not an easy league to get out of. |  |

He was a fraud and a clown. There for the grace of god goes any of us. I don’t understand why the league can’t step in once it was obvious he was mismanaging the club by missing loads of monthly wages. After a few, there should be some checks and balances to protect clubs. |  |

You'd like to think they'll have better luck with new owners. They've been made an example of twice, quickly, while others have not been " punished " for a lot longer. One law for SW, another for other clubs it seems. A prime example of what can happen when you get a dodgy owner or owners. They tend to think a football club is their plaything. Unfortunately for players and supporters it isn't. | | | |
