There's also 8 days before the next so you need to keep them match fit. Personally I'd keep it to 4 changes. Maybe keep the back 4.

Anyone carrying an injury/niggle obviously shouldn’t be risked. Neil and Mehmeti need games. Greaves and Palmer also need a game but I’d keep it as close to what KM thinks is his best team as possible.

Shame Burns isn't making the trip.
