Great to see him unshackled. At bloody last too. Of all the little frustrations this season, seeing us throttle him back tops the lot for me. He’s one of our best assets when he’s flying down that wing.

I was going to post a similar comment. The Leif of 2 seasons ago is back here. Early days in their partnership, but it looks like he and Mehmeti work brilliantly together!

I don't think it's us at all. Opposition rarely allow him this much space to run in to.

It’s really very simple though, Mehmeti is playing much further inside, Philogene stays wide. That and the Swansea press and not going into a low block.

It helps that Burns likes to get chalk on his boots too. Stops the opposition keeping so compact at the back.

Yeah, that’s why I really wanted to see and predicted Mehmeti next to Nunez today, I thought he liked to occupy further inside.
