Dan Neil reminds me of Jack Taylor at the moment. For about 3 seasons I thought we may well have got it wrong chasing him but he is now becoming a very good squad player. I think Neil is just taking a while to settle. We know he was good at this level with Sunderland. However, he has not been good enough to get into the Sunderland team in the Premier League so will need to improve if he is to be what we need when we go up. |  |

So far out of his depth, sadly a performance from an official that wanted to make the game bigger than the teams. VAR is required in Premier League and Championship, so promotion contending sides, can get used to it. Also bring in a new rule, similar to cricket where you can review two decisions.
