I'm certainly inclined to think that it was a fortunate coincidence as well, but it was certainly interesting optics. A match against a Barnsley team who, at the time, were on tip-top form. We didn't manage to hit our usual quota of called-up players, had our best players called up, and then suddenly Jamaica decided they did, and then didn't, want Leigh to join them. |  |
