I've been abroad for most of the Town away games this season - Belgium, France etc. Watching Town TV during pre-match its fine, but once the match starts, the frame rate seems to drop and it is very stuttery. Anyone else experience this when abroad? Are some countries worse than others? Cheers in advance.

I don't get stuttering often but the resolution is always poor. Grass is a green block without texture. Picture on women's games via YouTube is much better |  |

Yep the buffering is really slow (poor servers) or not enough capacity to meet demand. Also picture quality so bad can hardly make out who the players are. | | | |

I currently have both ExpressVPN and Nord. I’ve used Express on and off for about 12 years - tried many others, but always ended up back where I started.
I took a 2 year subscription with Nord 15 months ago, but switched back to Express 6 months ago due to regular issues with Nord.
Don’t get me wrong - Express isn’t perfect, but it rarely has issues, and when it does, they are fixed very quickly. It’s the most expensive, but if you want a fast, reliable service, I’ve found it the best. | | | |

Agreed. having changed my laptop a few moths back, i started a new security (Avast) that comes with a vpn, so was using that and found the pre-match build up fine, but once the match kicked off the frame rate dropped so it was very stuttery. After the suggestion to try a different vpn, I reinstalled Nord and there was a marked improvement. Not perfect, but watchable. I do think that the Town TV server or whatever needs to have a bit more boost / bandwidth though, as it seems to struggle when thousands of users are connected to it. | |

I always get the stuttery video, I can't watch it, it does my head in.
However if I leave my mouse pointer on the control bar so the bar never goes away, it is smooth as silk. Work that one out :) | | | |
