First 12-13 minutes i felt we were showing positive intent. But after that its been slow and pedestrian again with the occasional half chance.

Overall not good enough hence the current scoreline.
Need to up the tempo in the 2nd half.
Really frustrating that again we need a HT team talk it seems to gee us up. Theres no urgency in our play.

There is a lot of expectation of us thrashing them from people saying we should have rested more players than we have done.
Only Southampton out of the last 7 sides to play there have scored in the first half. Add in Hull if you go 9 games and they were at 1-1 at half time. I doubt any of those teams rested players either. | |
