Bearing in mind that we've got an extra space in the squad for registration purposes, would it be possible to have him registered between now and the end of the season? If so, it would make sense to register him now, unless there's absolutely no hope that he may be fit enough to return before the end of the season (including the play-offs) or that we're keeping that spare space for some other reason (which becomes more and more unlikely with each passing game). In other words, why wait? | | | |

Yes, he mentioned recently that he is targeting a return before the end of the season. But I expect we will keep that space free just in case a key player gets injured and there is an unregistered option somewhere. |  | | |

Sensible not to have him de-registered as it gives the player a carrot to aim at. If he was de-registered it would be like, you aren't in our plans this season, see you in preseason and his pace of recovery would match that target rather than, say, mid April. | | | |

Annoying one that because he was the perfect Davis backup. A very tidy player when we saw him, but also someone you felt was happy enough to play the role of 2nd fiddle. Not an easy role to recruit for.
Certainly wont see him this season though, he'll need weeks to get back up to speed and a full pre season. With his contract situation I can't imagine we'll see him in a Town shirt again. |  | | |

Yes, a real shame for him and us. We may have struggled to hang onto him if he hadn’t picked up the injury - he looks decent in the PL. |  |
