Anyone have any idea when these will go on sale? Usually 3 and a half weeks before an away game tickets are firmly on sale. I'm assuming they might be waiting for the travel situation to be confirmed?

Just been googling too, concur with you on that number, several sources giving 2022 as the 'full' allocation.
If that's the case, and the Club retain 'normal' amounts of seats, that'll leave 1800-ish.
Based on recent sales, that'd likely put 'sell-out' during the 30+ Window, but also likely not many make it as far as that Window. If the Club retain (for example), 100 seats more than usual, it'd likely be a 35+ sell out.
